halfway to a year

My Dear Caitlin & Courtney you reached the half year milestone, 6 months old!!  A year ago we were just sharing with the family that we were going to have twins and here you are a year later!! My girls, you are getting so big, both of you can sit up by yourself now; Caitlin you can sit up all by yourself and Courtney you can sit once someone puts you in sitting position.  Courtney you have some rolling over moves that can take you across the living room floor.  Caitlin you are almost to crawling, you look like a little frog on all four with a little hop to move forward and you can scoot backwards.  After several weeks of a cranky Courtney we finally were awarded the gift of a tooth and there's a second one already cutting through.  There have been times when I was sure you were teething Caitlin but no teeth have appeared yet.  Courtney you have a scream that would break glass and you make sure everyone knows what you want. Caitlin you are quite usually just go with the flow.  Courtney you still love to eat, you are eating 2 meals a day, loving the solid foods, Caitlin you take a few bites but prefer your bottle.  When y'all have a bottle it's 8 ozs about every 3 hours. You both are in size 2 diapers still although Courtney you really need to be size 3, mom is just not ready to have two diaper sizes around the house.  You both wear 6 mos size clothes.  Courtney had to go to the doctor for a little check up last week and is almost at 19 lbs, Caitlin I'm sure is still closer to the 14 lbs.
